JOB SUMMARY

Responsible for coordination of patient care with the appropriate members of the healthcare team with the organizations mission, goals and objectives in mind.

REGULATORY REQUIREMENTS

• Covid19 Vaccine
• RN. Currently licensed in the State of Indiana
• CPR Certification
• Annual fire/safety training
• Corporate Compliance

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

• Graduate of Accredited School of Nursing, BSN preferred
• Minimum of five (5) years previous nursing experience in a variety of settings required
• Two years previous management experience required
• Knowledge of health care financial system required
