• CNA Experience, Certification not required.

REGULATORY REQUIREMENTS:

• CPR Certification
• Annual flu vaccine
• Annual Fire/Safety Training
• Corporate Compliance

LANGUAGE SKILLS:

• Ability to read, write, and speak in English.

SKILLS:

• Excellent telephone etiquette
• Organization
• Some computer skills
• Medical terminology familiarity
• Filing
• Copy machine usage

AGE SPECIFIC COMPETENCIES:

• Exhibit communication skills necessary to interpret age specific response to situations and     treatments
• Ability to provide equipment necessary for age specific treatments
• Exhibits knowledge of growth and development
• Ability to provide age specific and interpret age specific treatments
• Ability to involve family/significant other in patient's plan of care
